At the University of Georgia, Athens Sri Vijay Swamiji was the speaker on Campus. The title of the talk was "Ecological knowledge and Native Culture in the Eastern Himalayas"; however, Vijayji aptly changed it a little bit and shared the experiences of the Indian Army on our eastern frontier. As the crowd was almost entirely of the graduate students coming from India, they really enjoyed and appreciated the "highly pictorial", slide show.

Vijayji's presentation was so informative and engrossing, that the crowd was hankering for more even after 40-50 minutes of presentation. After that, we had a lively discussion that lasted for more than an hour.

20 students that incidentally included a Chinese Student attended this event...and among the other highlights, Dinesh Ji who had accompanied Vijay Ji from Atlanta, video recorded the entire talk including the discussion.
